illustrate
Put all mini Heath Bars in a ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin. I like to have large and small pieces in my cookies, so I leave some large. Set aside.
Cream the butter and two sugar cubes together. Blend until very light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
Add eggs, and vanilla at a time. Scrape open the bowl.
Add 2 cups of flour. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add the baking soda mixture, the last cup of flour, salt, and cream of tartar to a bowl.
Add Heath Bars and stir until fully incorporated. Using an ice cream scoop, add scoop by scoop to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool.
