1 roll (16.5 ounces) Pillsbury® refrigerated sugar cookie dough
4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 tablespoons heavy cream
food coloring (optional)
Assorted sprinkles (optional)

Bake the cookies according to the directions on the package. Cool completely.
Put cream cheese and butter together.
Slowly add the powdered sugar.
Add the heavy cream and beat for 5 minutes, until very light and fluffy.
Add food coloring if desired.
Spread 2 tablespoons of icing sugar on each cookie.
Add some florets.
